Alcohol Delivery Policy
Some Scarlet Bloom & Co gifts include alcohol. To comply with Australian law and ensure responsible service, the following conditions apply to all orders containing alcohol.
Age Requirement
By purchasing an item containing alcohol, you confirm that the purchaser and recipient are 18 years of age or older.
ID Required on Delivery
All alcohol deliveries require the recipient to:
- Be present at the delivery address
- Provide valid photo ID confirming they are 18+
No Safe Drop for Alcohol
Any gift containing alcohol will not be left unattended, left with a minor, or left in a “safe place” if the recipient is unavailable or unable to provide valid ID.
If ID Cannot Be Provided
If the recipient cannot provide valid photo ID at delivery, the order will be deemed a failed delivery. In this case:
- The alcohol component will not be delivered
- A re-delivery fee may apply
- Refunds are not provided for failed alcohol deliveries
Incorrect Address or Recipient Unavailable
Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout and that the recipient will be available during delivery hours. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability may result in additional fees.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
