By using this website and placing an order with Scarlet Bloom & Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, wines or other items with products of equal or greater value where necessary while maintaining the overall style and quality.

Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, changes may not be possible.


Delivery

  • A minimum order value of $50 is required for delivery

  • Pickup is not available

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm within selected delivery areas

  • Delivery time windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or operational factors

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.


Alcohol Purchases & ID Requirements

Some Scarlet Bloom & Co products contain alcohol.

By purchasing these items, you confirm that you and the recipient are 18 years of age or older.

Alcohol deliveries require:

  • Valid photo ID at delivery

  • The recipient to be present to accept the order

Alcohol gifts will not be left unattended or delivered without ID. If ID cannot be provided, delivery will fail and a re-delivery fee may apply. Refunds are not provided for failed alcohol deliveries.


Product Care & Perishable Items

Flowers, cakes and food products are perishable and should be cared for according to the instructions provided.

Due to the nature of these items, slight variations in appearance may occur and do not constitute faults.


Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes where required.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

Payments must be completed before orders are processed.


Returns & Refunds

Returns are not accepted for perishable goods due to change of mind.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with supporting photos. We will review and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.


Business Hours

Scarlet Bloom & Co operates:

Monday to Saturday — 8am to 5pm

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.


Limitation of Liability

Scarlet Bloom & Co is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
