Can I customise my order?

Yes, you can choose specific flowers, wine varieties and cake flavours (subject to availability). Gluten free available.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 noon within listed selected Brisbane suburbs.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Brisbane City and surrounding suburbs. A full delivery area list is available at checkout.

Is ID required for wine deliveries?

Yes. Alcohol deliveries require the recipient to be 18 years or over and present valid photo ID.

What happens if no one is available to show ID?

Any gift containing alcohol will not be left. A re-delivery fee may apply.

How fresh are the flowers?

We source fresh flowers daily from trusted local suppliers to ensure quality and longevity.

What if the flowers pictured are not available?

We may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.

How are cakes securely packaged and transported?

Cake gifts are securely packaged and transported in temperature-controlled conditions where required.

How long will the cake stay fresh?

Storage instructions are provided with each cake. Most cake gifts are best enjoyed within 3 days.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment options.

Can I cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery times.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
