Refunds & Returns Policy

Scarlet Bloom & Co

At Scarlet Bloom & Co, each gift is carefully prepared using fresh and perishable items. For this reason, our returns policy differs from standard retail products.

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes and food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund where appropriate


Flower Substitutions

Occasionally, specific flowers may be unavailable due to seasonality or supplier availability. In these cases, we may substitute items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette.

Substitutions do not qualify for refunds.


Alcohol Deliveries

Alcohol deliveries require the recipient to be 18 years or older and present valid photo ID.

If ID cannot be provided:

  • The order will not be left

  • A re-delivery fee may apply

  • Refunds are not provided for failed alcohol deliveries


Delivery Requirements

  • A minimum order value of $50 is required for delivery

  • We do not offer pickup at this time

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm within selected delivery areas


Business Hours

Our operating hours are:

Monday to Saturday — 8am to 5pm

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
